Questions

Answers before you ask

Is this a once-a-year thing or year-round?+

Year-round. The whole point of Front Range Ledger is that you have a partner in Q2 and Q3 — when the decisions that affect your tax bill actually get made — not just a preparer in April.

Do you only work with Denver businesses?+

We are based in Denver and serve small businesses across the Front Range and all of Colorado. Most of our work happens remotely, with in-person meetings when you want them.

Can you help me catch up on past-due books or taxes?+

Yes. Cleanup and back-filing are some of our most common first projects. We will get you current, then keep you that way — no judgment about how far behind things got.

What's the difference between bookkeeping and tax prep?+

Bookkeeping keeps your day-to-day records accurate and current; tax prep uses those records to file your returns and lower what you owe. We do both, which is why nothing falls through the cracks at year-end.

What does it cost to work with you?+

Most clients are on a flat monthly plan so there are no surprise invoices. Bookkeeping starts at $350/mo and tax-and-advisory packages are quoted to your business. You get a fixed price in writing before any work begins.
